• The Gdansk line sports the unique combination of objective control and damage farming thanks to their radar and powerful mid-long range guns respectively. However, they are relatively fragile with short duration radar and no AP.
• This build allows EU DDs to have good objective control in random battles, while also allowing them to use their awesome firepower against larger enemy ships.
  • You can pick SI instead of the consumable buffing skills or BFT if you think you need more charges of radar and engine boost.
  • Swirski is a decent captain because of his improved AR skill and the torpedo talent.
  • Radar mod is used to squeeze in 1 more salvo, if you don’t have it, use ERP.
• Gdansk line are long range HE gunboats with utility thanks to their 9km radar. While short, she can punish universal DDs who try to spot her, leaving Gdansk to farm cruisers and BBs in peace. Gdansk is amazing at supporting early DD bumps and denying caps thanks to her radar. When not bullying inferior DDs with radar, she farms cruisers and BBs, either in smoke or at long range.
  • Be careful when taking fights. Gdansk tends to eat lots of damage due to poor maneuverability and large hull
  • No AP means you can’t punish enemies who show broadside. Sitting directly bow/stern of the enemy is fine for reducing incoming damage
  • 60s radar cooldown will catch out many DDs, rewarding aggressive play if you can sustain it
