• Pan Asia cruiser with Soviet design origins. Mounts Russian 180mm guns on Budyonny’s hull, leading to a fast, if somewhat fragile long range damage farming cruiser.
  • Gets enhanced AP pen angles (50-65° instead of the normal 45-60°)
  • Also gets short(er) fuse AP, great for citadelling broadside cruisers with lower risk of overpens, like vs. Atlanta
• Can use Incheon’s build if you want to save on captain training
• If you don’t have hydro mod, take ERP instead
