- Mid-long range gunboat with Des Moines guns. Amazing AP, strong dodging abilities, and a heal in exchange for no smoke
- Think French DD playstyle but with better AP but slower top speed
- Trade FB for CE if you want to get closer for DD support or more reliable citadels
- Last 1pt skill can be Gun Feeder for instant switch to AP or Consumable Specialist for faster cooldown on heal and speed boost
- If you don’t have Engine boost mod, you can use ERP. But really, if you can afford Hull, you can afford to spend 17k coal on a upgrade
