• Tier 8 Pan Asian DD that shreds lightly armored targets with her improved AP shells and torps larger ships with deepwater torps. Slow top speed and anemic HE hurts her flexibility.
  • Irl she was the Akizuki-class Yoizuki that was given to the Republic of China Navy as part of war reparations
  • Her AP has 60°-68° pen angles, same as US CAs
• Uses a slightly modified gunboat DD build, taking Extra Heavy AP to take full advantage of her excellent AP shells
  • If you feel like you need more range, swap BFT and HAP for AFT.
  • IFHE is mandatory as her HE shells can’t even penetrate DD plating by default.
  • If you don’t have Engine boost mod, use ERP
• Fenyang’s playstyle is a close - mid range AP gunboat. Very effective against DDs and cruisers, and can even farm down BBs if you target the correct areas. Go for the weaker armored sections like bow/stern/superstructure with AP. Only use HE if the target goes bow in and there is nothing better to do
