Murmanask
- Tier 5 Murmansk is essentially a Omaha Light Cruiser under the Russian flag, sporting a better rudder and longer range torpedo than her capitalist counterparts. Unfortunately she still likes to explode to BB AP shells
- Historically Murmansk started life as Milwaukee before being transferred into the Soviet Navy in 1944.
- Murmansk uses a slightly modified cruiser build
- As she doesn’t get a heal, Outnumbered is taken instead
- Murmansk plays similarly to other low tier CLs. Run around, do shooty shooty things, and hide behind islands/smoke so you don’t go explody explody to enemy BBs. If you get into a bot match, either avoid other players or eliminate them first so you can farm bots to boost your PR.
- Fun Fact: Murmansk was the center of controversy at the very start of WoWs. She was given out as part of the Humble Bundle charity pack during closed beta, but was only given as a rental ship. This caused significant backlash within the community who thought they bought the ship, leading WG to allow Murmansk owners to keep her permanently.
