- Tier 10 Incheon is a Pan-Asia Des Moines analog that carries smoke and deepwater torps to complement her fast reloading CA guns. Unfortunately the DM-like hull also gives her a vulnerable citadel
- Incheon uses the typical CA build
- DE can be traded for Fill the Tubes if you want to spam more torps
- Incheon’s playstyle is described as a cross between Des Moines and Jinan, inheriting the former’s firepower and the latter’s smokes and torps. Incheon plays closer to the latter, farming damage with both guns and torps in the safety of smoke. Typical kiting cruiser play, though use islands whenever feasible so you can conserve smoke for later open water use.
- Incheon has DD accuracy, so make sure your aim is on point!
- AP has improved pen angles, 60-68°, same as Des Moines. Punish cruisers who don’t respect your firepower
