• Tier 8 British CA with AP only guns. Improved AP angles lets her smash even slightly broadside targets, even DDs with her sensitive AP fuzes. 9.3km concealment lets her get very close before opening fire, though do be wary of her raised citadel and low HP pool.
• Hampshire uses a modified cruiser build
  • The 3pt skills are too valuable to give up for any 4pt skill other than CE
  • SI gives her an extra heal
  • SE gives her much needed HP
  • Heavy AP is free consistent DPM
  • AR is AR
  • If you really want TGG or outnumbered, trade SE and PT
• Hampshire ideally plays as a close range AP ambush ship. You sneak in with 9.3km concealment, blast a broadside target, finish off or disengage if the enemy starts angling. If it’s not safe to get close, Hampshire can use her spotter plane and farm targets at long range instead, potentially punching through deck armor if from farm enough distance. Don’t forget you can stealth torp at close range, though don’t do it in front of an enemy with AP loaded.
