• Durable Tier 8 Pan American CA with Combat instructions that decreases reload time when active. While durable, her base reload is very slow, resulting in poor DPM.
  • Uses the Tier 8 Dutch CA Haarlem hull
  • Combat instructions: When active, reduces reload time by 70% for 20s
    • Every 1000 potential damage charges by 0.4%, (250k needed to fully charge)
    • A kill will instantly refill the meter
• Standard cruiser build
  • You can use the San Martin build with little change in effectiveness
  • Lisboa is decent if you can consistently fill your Combat instructions. No downside to using him as his build does not conflict with any other ship
  • If you don’t have hydro mod, use ERP
• Aguirre wants to draw focus fire from enemies to charge her combat instructions. When the time is right, she can unleash her wrath and achieve Des Moines level of firepower for 20s. She favors open water mid-long range combat so she can dodge return BB fire, ideally ~10-15km though it can change depending on the opposition.
  • Airstrikes and AP only cruisers are great ways to quickly rack up potential damage with “minimal risk” to your HP
