- Dutch BB with powerful long range airstrikes and powerful AP, but her Duncan hull makes her citadel very easy to hit when broadside
- Standard BB tank build, but take both the 3pt Focus Fire Training Slot 4 Airstrike Mod and for faster reloading airstrikes
- Willem’s citadel sits extremely high above the waterline. Protect your broadside at all costs!
- Willem’s airstrikes takes ~17s to land, use on stationary and/or island hugging ships.
- Warning: Willem’s airstrikes and Depth Charge airstrikes share the same cooldown!!!
- If you don’t have Engine Boost Mod in slot 2, use DCM 1
- Highly recommend using Helfrich if available
