• Extremely durable BB that uses combat instruction-boosted heals to survive even the heaviest focus fire. Her effectiveness dramatically falls off if she can’t close the distance
• Combat instructions require 13 secondary hits or 1 kill to fill completely
• Note: This build is specifically designed for randoms as the concealment is invaluable for getting close so you can do Valparaiso things.
  • For ranked, trade CE for IRPR for better staying power
  • Manual secondaries is preferred due to the poor main gun firing angles
  • Close Quarter Combat is decent if you want slightly better main guns instead
  • Vigilance is fine as torps severely reduce the amount you can heal
• The goal for Valparasio is to get within 12km so she can farm her combat instructions, keep her heals going, and become functionally invincible while spewing out fire in all directions. Smart enemies will use this against you and kite when possible
