• Tier 9 French large cruiser that uses her main guns to charge her combat instructions before unleashing her powerful secondaries. Powerful in close range when she can unleash her secondaries, but has underwhelming firepower other wise
  • BA Utnapishtim’s Ship is the weeb version and has identical performance
  • Utnapishtim’s Ship is based off the flying space battleship from the mobile game Blue Archive, playing a central role during the assault on the Ark of Atrahasis.
  • Note: Utnapishtim’s Ship WoWs version might be somewhat nerfed compared to her BA counterpart. 🙁
• Le Havre uses a secondary build to take advantage of her combat instruction gimmick. You can use the Marseille build, but Brest is a far better choice
• To fully charge combat instructions, you need 10 main battery hits
• Note that Le Havre’s secondaries are mostly in the rear
