• Petropavlovsk branch are tanky cruisers with enhanced AP shells that can even citadel BBs at mid range. Strong armor and radar rounds out her versatile kit, but they suffer from poor maneuverability, lackluster HE, and bad long range accuracy
• Petropavlovsk uses a standard cruiser build
  • GtG or EL can be traded for Consumable Specialist
  • Speaking of which, Kuznetsov synergizes well as Petro can make good use of his +1 consumables and Will to Victory talent.
  • Znamensky is a decent alternative with improved GtG.
  • UU Petro improved her AP and accuracy at the cost of survivability and weaker radar. Strong upgrade that’s worth getting
  • Unique to Petro, Range mod significantly delays the vertical dispersion penalty and is worth taking. Reload mod is perfectly fine as well if you are constantly fighting below 10km

• Petropavlovsk excels at being aggressive thanks to her strong armor and utility. She can take strong forward positions to threaten caps or enemy broadside while surviving potential counter attacks. Kite enemies until you find an opening to push.
