• Close range cruisers with powerful controllable secondary batteries and torps. Poor long range performance can be an issue in open water or long range maps.
• Adalbert uses a full secondary build to get the most out of her strong secondaries
• IFHE is not needed as you already pen 32mm and 38mm with her secondaries
• If you don’t have hydro mod, use DCM1 instead
• Lütjens is a very strong captain as she can quickly get the secondary bonus reload within 1 close engagement
• For dedicated Deutshland or Scheer captains, trade SI for SE and trade secondary range upgrade for ASM1. Deutschland and Scheer are better off built for main guns
